Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of MynDesk (the web app and the Android and iOS apps), provided by Emergex India LLP, Door No. 632/2, Kanniyampuram, Ottapalam, Palakkad, Kerala 679104, India. By signing in you agree to them.

Accounts

• MynDesk is for businesses. Owner accounts are set up by us; owners create logins for their staff.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Owners are responsible for the permissions they give staff.

Your data

• Your business owns the records it enters. You confirm you have the right to record your customers' information and to send them WhatsApp messages through MynDesk.
• We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Invoices, GST and tax figures are calculated from what you enter. You remain responsible for your own tax filings and for checking figures before relying on them.

Plans

Access is provided under the plan agreed between your business and us. Plans are arranged directly with us, not through the app stores. If a plan ends, access is paused until it is renewed; your data is not deleted because a plan ended.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content or spam, no attempts to access other businesses' data, and no interference with the service's security or operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep MynDesk available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees your business paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. See the account deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
