In the app (fastest)

• Android / iOS app: open More → Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
• Web: sign in, open Settings, scroll to Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm.

Without the app

Email hello@myndesk.com or WhatsApp +91 73562 64544 from the mobile number you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We will verify it is you before acting.

What gets deleted

Staff logins are deleted immediately: your name, mobile number, password, and permissions are removed and you can no longer sign in. Records you created while working for a business (sales, attendance, and so on) belong to that business and stay with it.

Business owner accounts are locked immediately (for you and all your staff), and then your account and all of the business's data (members, customers, vehicles, orders, sales, payments, expenses, staff records, tasks, and activity logs) are permanently deleted within 30 days. If you own more than one business, all of them are included. If you need your invoices for GST records, ask us for an export before the deletion is completed. Contact us within that period if you requested deletion by mistake.

Copies in our backups are kept for at most 30 more days, after which they are gone too. See our Privacy Policy for more.
